This week’s Feature is the Beefy Mushroom Melt. Thin Sliced Roast Beef with Sauteed Mushrooms, Provolone Cheese and Horseradish Mayo on a Grilled Telera Roll. 🙂

This Week’s Feature is the Not Your Mama’s Meatloaf Panini. House Made Meatloaf with Ketchup, Mustard, Cheddar Cheese, and Peas on Parmesan Crusted White Bread. 🙂

It’s First Friday. Navajo Tacos!

Friday’s Feature is Navajo Taco. Fresh Fry Bread topped with Seasoned Ground Beef, Chili Beans, Shredded Lettuce, Diced Tomatoes and Cheddar Cheese. 🙂

Feature for July 30th to August 1st. (Tues to Thur)

Chicken Thigh Meat and Shiitake Mushrooms combined with Water Chestnuts, Ginger, Garlic, Cilantro, Hoisin and Oyster Sauce and served with Crisp Green Leaf Lettuce. 🙂

Our Featured sandwich this Week is the Vietnamese Bahn Mi Sandwich. Five Spice Rubbed and Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Thinly Sliced and Stacked in a House Made French Roll with Pickled Carrots and Cabbage, Sliced Onions, Cucumber and Cilantro. Freshness! 🙂

Our Feature this Week is the Egg Salad BLT. Toasted Buttermilk Bread filled with our Eggcellent House Made Egg Salad, Crisp Bacon, Tomato Slices and Lettuce. 🙂

This Week’s Feature is The Four Cheese Green Chile Grilled Cheese. Cheddar, Provolone, Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheeses with Sliced Tomato, Hatch Green Chiles and Thin sliced Red Onion on Grilled Marble Rye Bread.

Our Feature this week is The Sonoran Hot Dog. A Bacon Wrapped Nathan’s Beef quarter pound Hot Dog topped with Seasoned Pinto Beans, diced Onions and Tomatoes, Tomatillo Salsa, Jalapeno and Avocado Mayo on a Fresh Baked Bolillo Roll.
